In diesem Video siehst du, wie du eine Arnold Übung (Arnold Press) richtig ausführst. Diese Übung ist besonders gut für die vordere und seitliche Schultermuskulatur. Sind ist eine gute Kombination zu anderen Schulterübungen.
Als Bodybuilder kann man diese Übung schnell und einfach erlernen ohne große Fehler zu machen.

  2. I recommend this sort of video. Youtube is great for this kind of thing.My homeboy had been bullied. He stated he was about to get bigger muscle and strength. I didn't believe him. Then out of nowhere he added 40lbs of natural muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible (Google it). Not a soul dares to intimidate him now.
